Spring Regional

On March 25^th, 2006 the OCNORML played host to other NORML chapters from around Southern California.  About 40 invited guests attended the afternoon get–together, including officers and members from Bakersfield NORML, High Desert NORML, UCSB NORML, Bakersfield College NORML and Southern California NORML.

This was the fourth such regional meeting of the participating groups, who made the commitment to stay connected after originally meeting at an LA NORML gathering last year.  Previously hosted by Southern California, Bakersfield, and UCSB, in that order,  the regular contact has created friendships and support among the chapters.

OCNORML was pleased to provide the lovely setting of the  Duck Club in Irvine for the day which included speakers, discussion, video, a delicious lasagna dinner, a very special cake,  and door prizes. 

Many thanks to High Times for contributing a years subscription to High Times Magazine for our Raffle. The winner Adam, was very pleased with his prize presented by Al, our vice president.
